Cleanclubs Ltd would like to assure users of this website that our aim is to make the shopping experience of buying your golf tees as smooth and simple as possible.
This page gives details on how to shop for your VS-Tee Pro Spring, our delivery service and postage costs returns policy, credit card security and data storage policy.

Delivery Information
Cleanclubs Ltd will deliver your tees anywhere to the UK mainland within 3 working days. Orders received by 12 noon are dispatched on the same business day or the first available business day. We are currently operating a fixed postage and packaging fee for all orders, using  Recorded First Class post. The current postage and packaging fee is free  for orders of 2 packs or more to UK Mainland . Quotes can be given for P&P to Northern & Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and all other overseas destinations. Customers should contact us directly.

Returns Procedure
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your goods or purchase, you may return them to us within 30 days and receive a full refund. Please contact us with your order ID and product description. We can only issue refunds (to your credit card) after we have received the goods back.
If we have sent you damaged or incorrect products please contact us immediately and we will send out replacement products free of charge. Cleanclubs Ltd does reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claim.
All products returned can either be refunded to your credit card or credited to your account

We take the security of our customers very seriously. We use Pay Pal, the secure way to pay on the Internet.

Data Storage
Cleanclubs Ltd will never pass on your details to a third party.  We use the information you provide solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.  We do however reserve the right to email you from time to time regarding our latest product releases and updates.  At all times we will act in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.
